This year clients have the following three package choices:

PACKAGE 1 - Shared Facility:

Clients whom are purchasing individual tickets, or less than 50 pax in their group will be placed in the Pegasus Lounge shared facility.

PACKAGE 2 - Exclusive Lounge (for 50 or more pax):

Exclusive, stanchioned lounge for groups of 50 pax or more within the shared Pegasus Lounge facility

The following benefits are inclusive in the package price:

• Custom branding signage on the glass door
• Custom branded premium invitations with your logo
• Custom branded wristbands with your logo
• Custom branded bar with your logo
• Secure and dedicated entrance to your Private Lounge
• Private bar in your lounge
• Private dedicated staff, including a senior manager, hostess, waitron, barman, cleaner, security

Additional branding opportunities available to Private Lounge clients include the following:

• 2 Pull up banners (Client to provide)
• Branded cushions (Client to provide)

We will work with you to ensure that your brand is communicated in the most effective manner.

*For 100 pax or more, should you wish to have a dividing wall built for your private facility, this is possible but will carry an additional once off cost.  Pricing available on request.

PACKAGE 3 - Private Tables (for 10 or 20 pax):

The Pegasus Lounge Grandstand will this year offer clients the option of booking a private booth table from which to be based from for the duration of the event. These luxurious private tables will offer guests bottle service and will include an allocation of complimentary bottles on each table on arrival. For clients looking to own a table which is completely privatised for just you and your guests, this is the ideal all-inclusive package option.

Please note that Private Tables are only available for groups of either 10 or 20 people.

The following branding benefits are included in the package price:

• The luxurious Private Tables will have its own private and secure entrance for Private Table ticket holders. This entrance will be supervised by dedicated access staff and will be controlled. On arrival your clients will be welcomed by our Hostesses and escorted through to their reserved table. 
• A complimentary bar service for the duration of the event (11am - 10pm) with waiter service. * Local spirits, wines, sparkling wine, beers, ciders, and soft drinks are complimentary. Premium stock on sale.    
• For tables of 10 people the following complimentary bottles will be waiting on arrival:
  - 1 bottle of premium whiskey
  - 1 bottle of premium vodka
  - Soft drinks and mineral water
  *Please note that any additional bottles will be for purchase.
• 1 waiter to assist with bottle service
• Elegantly set private tables with flower arrangement and décor on each table. Each Private Table can seat either 10 or 20 people, depending on your preference.
